LOL Yeap he threw the offer out there, ask him, I never said anything about battle all I did was say prove how bouncing wav files you lose audio quality, and I asked them to show with documentation on the subject of wav. I showed them 4 pieces of documented proof you don't lose audio quality it's at 100%. It's uncompressed and not compromised audio file. they are not getting it. They are not getting it, there are pros right now sending wav files back to one another through email doing music all over the world. they don't mess with MP3's. MP3's are for iPods, or just a ruff draft you don't do a professional track with MP3's.

the way you talk about sound quality. i doubt u can tell the diff between wav and mp3.
 
What is this thread even about? The original video's test method was flawed, so it doesn't prove much. Still, who the hell cares? Just make music people, live and make music. That's all that matters.

a 10 or an 8
a benz or a buick
an 003 or an mbox mini
pro tools hd or pro tools le
a dr dre beat or a generic west coast beat
etc

rewire or bounce to disk

Wav, absolutely 100% audio quality, when boucing or exporting. being it is uncompressed it usually is a large file. Wav means Wave Audio File.

MP3, is a format that will lose some audio quality from 4 to 8 bit rates when converting in this format due to the size of compression. It's absolutely great on saving space. So a file in 84 mb in wav when procession to MP3 that file can end up 12mb because it's compressed.

Sadly if you believe Jesus turned water into wine (myth) instead of the other way around then you are sad. Where as in the Bible it say NOT TO DRINK WINE AT ALL!

from reason i get the same results.
record official release only came out 3 weeks ago. i'm not here to debate or prove you wrong because at the end of the day it doesn't matter to me.

I do Believe REason was before Record and I been bouncing since Reason, and had good results and no lose of quality. Record is going to sound different because of the mixer in it, that has nothing to do with the lost of audio quality whether it's from Reason or Record. I Love Record because of the mixer! so...........

i agree keyword mixer not audio engine. lol... this is too funny i heard a difference in loudness. nothing more nothing less not sound quality.

Ok, here goes. I already said, that the audio got louder. now I already said, when I bounce I get the same effect because PT is geared towards the convertors in the interface. REmember I am not saying rewire doesn't give a great quality what I am saying is, bouncing is good also. You lose no qaulity. I find it tedious in the sense bro, so the interface will make it jump in loudness. That doesn't make it better than bouncing. Again rewiring is coming straight from the source, and bouncing is coming straight from the source without no middle cords or anything. Now you have seen I put up 4 tech sites on boucing wav and it's quality they all said you lose no audio quality. Now how do you comprehend that Deaf? if they said you don't lose audio quality that's just what it means. Ask Derange about his mixer in the video and what he thought about that.
