Some people get what they "deserve", some get away with murder. C-Murder got what he deserved. I ain't gonna sit up here and pretend I give a f**k either way, but he got what he deserved short of a bullet.
I can't honestly say "I've got what I deserve" for things I did in my past. That's for me to live with. But at this point in my life, I can't justify the cold blooded murder of a kid by a man who was older than I am now(twice the 16 year old's age) when he did it.
Hell, we all know people who do some type of dirt, but how is blatantly breaking the law and being punished for your actions not "getting what you deserved?" I ain't talking about the guy who hustles to feed his family or is put in a kill or die situation...I'm talking about simply not giving a f**k. I'm glad I grew out of that state of mind a long time ago, but fail to understand how someone in C's situation, kids, money, the ability to get away from the nonsense still chose the route he did. Guess not understanding makes me fake? I'm aight being a fake free muthaf**ka with some sense rather than being a stupid real nikka in a grave or cell.
Why did his old azz have nothing better to do than go to some hole in the wall club, get into it with some kids to the point someone ends up dead, and expect no ramifications. If he was 16 also, I'd have a little more compassion. Peace.

Damn you got a point. Niggaz should always take a plea deal when the prosecutor offers it, cuz a jury trial will FUK you. Especially if the jury is full of people that aren't your ethnicity. OJ got a rare situation where the jury was on his side.
Man I don't know what to think about C-Murder. Usually I'm quick to support a nigga in jail, but in this case I don't think I can do it. C-Murder strait up shot that kid and killed him in cold blood, for no reason. There are better ways to handle that stuff, I don't know why he went tothat.

Yo, but on the cool C Murder is a dude I can't have sympathy for. Dude's older brother Percy has close to $500 Million dollars, dude was set for life. He did not need to shoot a dude.
I think he was on some substance at the time which induced a temporary psychosis. It just doesn't make sense that C Murder would shoot someone in front of all those people. Anyone remember Proof?

This week, a jury found Miller, 38, guilty of second-degree murder in the death of Steve Thomas, 16, during a brawl on Jan. 12, 2002 at the now closed Platinum Club in Harvey.
After Judge Hans Liljeberg of the 24th Judicial District Court denied a request from Miller's attorney, Ron Rakosky, for a new trial, the judge heard emotional testimony from Thomas's mother, Dolores Thomas.
"Today is not a happy day,'' she said. "It's only a day of relief because there's nothong we can do to bring my baby back.''
Although it has been seven years since Steve's death, Dolores Thomas said that the pain is still great.
"We still cry everyday for our baby,'' she said. "We never got to see him graduate, go to prom, get married. We won't have a grandchild to love.''
The victim's father, George Thomas, spoke to Miller's family.
"Y'all can see him. Y'all can talk to him. What do we have? All we can look at are photos," George Thomas said.
Liljeberg sentenced Miller to life in prison. The judge then spoke to Thomas's family, saying
"I'm sincerely sorry for your loss.''
Before the hearing began, Miller was surrounded by four deputies in the jury box. Another 12 officers were also stationed in the courtroom.
Miller's conviction this week was the second time that a jury found him guilty of second-degree murder. A jury convicted him in 2003, but the presiding judge at the time, Martha Sassone, awarded Miller a new trial, in finding that prosecutors withheld the background information on three of its witnesses from the defense. The state Supreme Court upheld the decision in March 2006, clearing the way for a second trial.
During the trials, Thomas was described by his father as a fan of the rapper and his brother Percy "Master P'' Miller.

He caught up w/ my nigga a few feet away only to tap him on the shoulder and say, "Hey man, u bumped into me!!" so my homeboy apologized and kept it moving... after the club was over, my two homeboys were on they're way home... once they got 2 a stoplight, C-Murder and his goons jump out of the truck and pull gunz on 'em @ the light Boyz in the Hood style 2 try 2 scare 'em, and then pull off...
Why did he not "handle that" when he was in the club by just swingin' on my nigga when he accidentally bumped into him in the club??
