Very much so. My hip-hop confession is that after reading this I want to slap like 90% of the people on FP. Not really, but don't call yourself a producer and then say
"ive never herd a j dilla or alchemist or premier beat ive liked, but ive never listened to them either"

i dislike drake
i enjoy nothing more than to shove my tastes down people's throats thinking they care what i listen to. i think i'm just too passionate of a listener.
i like fergie.
i think mf doom doesn't get enough credit. he's witty as hell.
it upsets me when a band or artist i like gets big and people who wouldn't normally like them jump on it. pretty petty stuff.
i think flying lotus is the best beatmaker right now, mind blowing.
i have 5 cds worth of dave matthews band songs i took from my brothers itunes. i don't understand the drunken frat guy rep they get.
i'm scared to get old cus i don't wanna be a creepy old guy listening to "hip" music.

oh yeah^, i own the edited version of Fishscale by Ghostface. I don't know why i did, but it was a mistake.
oh and i didn't get into dilla until after he died (it would have been a natural progression to him though, cus i was just getting into stones throw at the time...look at us justifying our coolness based on a man's death) and while i love donuts and all that, i think his old stuff is a lot better.
