yamaha qy70 sequencer?

I am asking this question for my friend and i'm hoping somone knows about this sequencer. There is a posting for it up for sale for 175 is this a good price?
 
The price is decent. I always wanted the QY700 before but I wouldn't go for anything below that personally. I just find it hard to work with small screens mainly.

last time i flew to the UK i was stuck there reading my SOS magazine on the plane but the guy across the aisle had a QY70 & headphones on :) it looked lots of fun. I know that Jah Wobble sketched out a few of his albums on there & even used some of the sounds too.

I used to have a PMA 5 instead. It was a pain to sequence with. I have a Boss Dr. 5 to sketch on the go now. I wouldn't mind giving the qy a shot though.
 
I have a QY70...bought it new a number of years ago. I think I paid in the mid-400's for it. Fun stuff...definitely worth the price they are asking.
 
Hey I love my qy70 with ALL My heart. battery life was mediocre.. but anyways.. the keys are aging? dirty? i dunno.. but i have to press VERY hard to get the notes to play. and was wondering if there was a easy fix (cleaning) or something. Let me know thanks
 
Same thing happened with my Dr. 5, I don't recommend it but I oppened mine up and cleaned it up. I did the same with the PMA 5.
 
If i might ask... what did you clean it with? Alcohol? Mild soap water?

It's not good to use alcohol on rubber since it can make it crack, I just used water and a cloth.
