I'm looking for samples like the ones used in this bead, The kind of like "eh eh" sound, If you listen to the beat you will understand what i mean, Where can i get samples like this?

I think this is a vocal/choir patch on a vst with a some reverb added. If I was going to take a guess, I'd say they played a note using the vst and then took a short snippet from the middle so there was no attack or release and then used that in a separate audio track (if that makes sense) and applied reverb. Just a guess, I think there's a lot of possible ways to get that sound.
