Yeah loop masters are quite good….

look at loop companies that have MIDI file in the library that way you can really edit the loops and add your own sound designing skills or presets from your VSTs

Hex Loops, Big Citi Loops,Black Dynasty,Black Hand Loops,Boss Loops,etc.....

Big Fish Audio has the best audio loop libraries in my opinion but no MIDI loops

I'm personally a big fan of the Zenhiser sample packs. They are usually mixed with one hits and loops, electronically oriented sounds.
