The piano type sound that the song opens with? Heard it in a bunch of old 90s records(Eminem/D12 - No one is Iller comes to mind), I love it but dont know what it is exactly. Would love to know so I can track it down and incorporate it in my beats.

It sounds like a Rhodes Piano or an organ.
Either way played staccato to give the short, poppy style.
