What happened to M.O.P since they went over to g-unit???I havnt seen or heard anythin about them.

i think g unit is having problems. i think 50 is realizing its gonna be difficult to market them

It's all Jay-Z's fault. Rocafella stiffled their careers. They recently did a joint on AZ's album

I think that he just signed dem to get M.O.P's fans which are mostly gangsters to make him look like a hard man and its the same for mobb deep, hes tryin to win the Hood.

it's funny how when they first signed to g unit they came out with a song dissin AZ and now they're all on his album. maybe this shows them turning their backs on 50...

i thin the reason 50 signed them was because he didn't believe his reign. would be over so fast. he probably thought that he could make anything sell... but now...

They released an album! It was called 'Ghetto Warfare', it was pretty sh!t, but they def released an album earlier this year.

They should request to get dropped from G Unit and try to sign with Just Blaze's label.

the fat(ter) one sounds like he is straining on a toilet when he raps

yeah, i think def after mobb deep's sales hes probably reconsidering whether to even put them out

on the real though, w/ the state of today's hip hop, i don't think any label could salvage their career (Just Blaze included)

Word. When I first heard M.O.P on Jay-Z's "You Dont Know" remix, I thought their style of rhyming was a perfect match for Just Blaze's style of production. But at this point, I might have to agree with the previous poster. I might be a tad bit too late now if they did it. The rap-game fluctuates so fast. You have to go with the momentum when you have it.

There too hardcore in there rhymes people dont like that kinda **** anymore,50 is into singing and i cant think of M.O.P singin there hooks or going soft in there rhymes.

p.s what the f*ck are there actual names?????

you got to appeal too women to sell. women dont wanna hear that hardcore ish

They're too grimy for 50's mainstream crowd.50 may have respected their rap skills but that G Unit marketing approach doesnt work for the First Family. I'd let them be themselves and be content with their 200,000-300,00 hardcore fans. Didnt the "Ante Up" album go Gold. I bet you they now realize this. Sometimes you abandon your core audience when you attempt to go mainstream. Just ask Mobb Deep.

they definately wouldn't sell 200-300k today, because half of their fans would bootleg the album
