Firstly, dynamic effects for audio processing, then it's up to you! There's no set way to go, but people often use reverb/delay, a vocoder, saturation, autotune... it all depends on the effect YOU want to go for. Try to either copy other producers to learn how they made that sound (reverse engineering) or experiment!

I tend to use flex pitch in logic, then compressors, then d-esser, reverb and then EQ if it needs it
