Ok, so I looked at the VST Plugin sticky and I'm still not sure. There are sounds that I don't know the name of but would like a preset or VST to recreate them. (if I don't know the musical term, i'll try explain the sound I'm trying to achieve)
I want to have lots of different VST's and presets, theres certain noises and synths that I still have no idea how to recreate. Heres a list of sounds that I would like a plugin on and if you know of any such plugin please point me in the right direction. Also, any tutorials that you know of, for any of these sounds, please link a video.
Ambient pads.
Strings.
Guitars.
Pianos (especially the Ibiza style piano).
Bass that isn't that aggressive (ie go to 0:32 of this... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SYM-RJwSGQ8 )
Any good sound banks of drum samples that you know of could also be useful.
I do understand synth creation is meant to be a fun process, but at the moment I want to focus on actually structuring full tracks, when I can do this much, and do it with ease, I will then look into creating my own synths and style.
