Virtual Scratching - MPD

Hey,
Got myself an MPD and just wondering if you guys know of any ways to achieve effective scratching with this, for like scratching in vocal samples for a chorus. Ive seen somebody do something similar on a video that came up fairly good, is it possible.

I usually see people scratchin on vocals..or the kick of a drum..turn your bass eq down..but Im not into scratchin..
