vinyl pressing?

my friend wants to buy a vinyl pressing machine
anyone know where i can find out prices?
 
does he want a press or a cutter?

Big difference...

I know vestax makes a cutter, comes in around 10-15 thousand... and I have heard of another cutter that you can jack onto your 1200's... just can't remember the name...
