Just a quick question, is the Vestax PMC 250 the same as the Vestax PMC 25? Or are they two different models?

Thanks:confused:

Besides the diff. color paint I think they replaced the VCA faders with PCV ones.

Are the VCA faders on the PMC 25 and the PCV Faders on the PMC 250, as big a difference as the price between the two?

How about if I add rotary faders to the PMC 25?

With the PMC 25, is it possible to listen to the master output, in your headphones?

The answers to these questions and any positive or negative input is greatly appreciated.

I have a PMC 25.

You can't listen to the master directly, but you could run the booth out to the Aux in, and listen to the Cue of the Aux. Other than that the EQ's are Post FL.

I've only had rinky dink mixers before this one, so I can't tell you how it compares to say an ecler 30 or anything, but I really like the thing. The big EQ knobs are sweet and smooth (I want to add the rotaries soon) and it seems like a pretty reliable mixer. I've seen it being used out at more than a few parties, and the owners always spoke highly of them.

you can change the line faders to rotaries on the PMC250 as well, however I belive you have to change the faceplate. I suggest you contact Andy @ Vestax for more info about that.
The PMC250 does not have PCV faders all around, it's just the crossfader (as with the other PCV mixers).
