i see where you were going with this but this instrumental has the same kinda motion throughout the entire beat. You should drop out certain elements from time to time to keep that from happening. the drums are mixed pretty crisp though Keep it up.

I see the idea behind it and i like it. I like the start. I don't like the synth-sound playing the eighths. (I think it would fit in nice with some shuffling and using another sound)

I like the chord progression behind this, it's very different and it keeps your ears perked. However, I feel that everything in this is too loud for the label you put on it. The kick/snare carries too much of a boom/bap feel and I can't quite sink into the beat. Try lowering the mix on some of the elements, and maybe throw in a pad or something in the back for ambiance.

I like the feel of it. I really enjoyed the first part (up to the 1min point). I wasn't too ecstatic about the synths that came in during the hook. Agree that you could add a few things to spice it up but its not too bad as it is now. The drums would have fit the vibe more if they were less pronounced, however I enjoyed them the way they are & suggest you keep them that way. yeah. That fx sound is probably the biggest complaint I've got from this track.

At the time when I was making the beat I had just gotten onto making boom bap hip hop beats so I had to struggle a lot tbh.

Thanks man. I agree this track could be better,as I mentioned earlier I struggled a lot while making it and ended just finishing it off half assed.
