So I have finally decided to take the preamp plunge. Now I am trying to decide between the gap pre 73 jr and the gap pre 73 mk2. From what I see the only difference is the Gap pre 73 jr doesn't have the LO Z button. My question is using a bluebird and a at3035 for recording will I even need the Lo Z button or can I get by without it and just get the cheaper gap pre 73 jr. Thanks in advance for any help.
