Speech tempo?!?!

Hi, I'm wondering how to determine the tempo of a speech/quote I'm wanting to rip out of a movie to add to my track on the breakdown?

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

3 options:
tap to tempo of the rythm of the vocals you have obtained

Use some type of bpm scanner found in some samplers that works pretty well detecting a fixed or constant tempo

rely exclusively on the milliseconds of the vocal performance and just resize the chops you select to a exact timeframe(my ocd makes this a favorite)
