sennheiser e845 vs Shure SM58 must i buy the shure?

I whant to record male vocals and i have a sennheiser e845 s, i'm thinking on buy the Shure SM58 Lc, its worth buying the shure?

side by side comparison of the specs for both suggest that there is no benefit in buying the sm58 if you already have the e845: they have similar polar patterns (accept/reject curves at different frequencies) and similar frequency response although the e845 is s bit smoother than sm58 above 5kHz

the only reason to get the sm58 would be to add to your microphone locker

Go with what you got. If you do everything right and have a solid vocalist you should be good!
