Scratching notes, whaAat??

i read in a magazine about this guy who was a traditionally trained musci'shun, turned Dj, and so he made up a chart of scratch positions/movements that created a sound for each note,
i've heard Fatboy Slim do this, and i wanna know how!
does anyone know where i can find this "chart"???
