Sampler - Sample start/end and Loop start/end (Ableton)

Hi guys!

Does anyone know if there is a way to fixate the loop and sample start as well as loop and sample end? So that you can just move the whole sampling area without having to move the sample/loop start/end all separately?

And is it possible to map this whole thing to a macro?
