Thread paying tribute to a legend.
It was this afternoon that I discovered the news that one of my greatest inspirations has left us.
This left me to contemplate the meaning of music, why I make it, what I'm doing and the impact that a song can have on someones life.
I realised that Linking Park and Chester Bennington more especially created songs that inspired me to become a drummer, to chase my dreams in music. Though I am but a nobody who makes music in their bedroom, I know that one day I will be able to touch peoples lives in the way he did.
