production signatures

Hey! It's Zeke! So, when producers use production signatures (I think that's what they're called), such as the voice saying "Mike Will Made It" on a Mike Will Made It song, the "breath" in every runners song, or that "listen to the track", "yeah girl/boy" or "drumma boy" in Drumma Boy songs, do they usually make/say it themselves, or is it a sample from something? I want specific answers for all these producers!

I don't think any producer signature, atleast from what i can tell, is a sample.

Sounds all custom to me
