Pro tools MP9 Price question

Hey guys posting a question here...
Im on a budget so i want to get pro tools mp9..however if im not mistaken in finding two different prices.
On amazon its 100$ while on the maudio(avid) website it is 300$..is the one on amazon correct or avid website..
Im sort of confused haha
Can anyone clarify for me please????

I have a m-audio mobile pre usb
Does it also have to be a midi controller maudio as well? Im currently using keyrig49 maudio, but might hook up my yamaha mini grand with interface as well(that has to be and maudio midi interface?)
sorry for all these questions... Dont wanna end up buying a software that i cant use><
 
You only have to have an M-Audio audio interface. For midi any manufacturer will do.

Nothing wrong with asking questions.
