Pro tools 9 wont launch

I tried to download this jupiter-8v2 which I thought was a RTSA but it was the driver for the actual hardware. So now when I open up pro tools I get this elicense error saying that it contains no valid license for this app? I trashed the folder that didnt help.
 
Does it give you an option to proceed without authorizing? In your Pro Tools plugins folder you should be able to locate a reference to the Jupiter8v2. Move this to your unused plugin folder.
