Pro Tool Crashes... HELP!!!!

HI,
i currently having problem with my pro tools. When i try to run pro tools in won't load. and i get this message "could not complete request because: Access violation occurred" then i pres ok (the only option i get) and my computer crashes. I get a blue screen with "BAD_POOL_CALL" error msg. I also notice under device manager that the PCI Device has a yellow mark. and says it doesn't have any drivers install. i don't know if this could be the reason. i have try updating PACE drivers. Re-installing Windows uninstalling and re-installing pro tools. nothing seems to work. It was running fine a week ago(yes i been trying to fix it for a week now) Can anyone help

Operatin Sytem: Windows XP SP2
Running: Pro Tools LE 6.4cs9
Hardware: DIGI 002
Memory: 4GB of Ram.

any info/help will be apreciated.
 
I know you probably won't like this answer, but Protools isn't really designed for PC's. I know others will come into this thread swearing otherwise, but most of the problems you hear about Protools stem from PC users. You might want to check on the Digidesign(Avid) website and update your drivers or check the troubleshooting section
