Organizing My CF Card

So i recently upgraded my mpc2000xl to read compact flash cards and i have a shitload of samples just saved straight to the card not organized into files, how do i do this haha. and is there any way to go back and put all the samples ive already saved into folders to get rid of the one big list i have right now

1. Hook it up to your computer
2. Right click mouse & select create new folder
3. You need help for what to name it too?
4. Then select the samples (Ctrl + Right Click Mouse)
5. Cut (Ctrl + X) or just drag into folder
6. Repeat steps 2-5
