I didn't realise you were selling some CDJ 1000's?? Im in the market for some well prices MK2's. What happened to your s5000's?

Not like you to consider Numarks either? I've looked for reviews on them and can't find much, I would definitely wait and find out what there like, Numark is releasing so much gear right now I can't help but think everything is slightly rushed and nothing is crafted. Im just not sure how well a hybrid will work and we all know Numark's reliability issues sometimes.

Do you need another turntable aswell as a CD deck?

Sold the Pioneer on ebay for £520. I don't need another vinyl deck, but Im the sort of person to just buy things for the sake of it and this x2 looks abit interesting. In all fairness I've never liked Numark, but was so massivley annoyed with the 1000mk2s, and judging by what I've heard about the CDX I thought I'd look into them.

In all honesty if I was to buy Numark it would be the HDX, but may end up just getting another DNS-5000.

Probably a safe choice, although I've had a brief play (albeit VERY brief) with the HDX and there very solid. I've heard good things to. But if you've still got one 5000 then you may aswell get another.

What did you hate so much about the Pio's?

Why not consider SSL/Torq?

The CDX's Surpassed anythin i have ever touch involving CD Turntables. the scratching is 100
% on cue. The start up is on point, the FX, are great. lots of CUE points, the programable BPM counter is off the hook. it can sync itself with another cdx VIA MIDI for automatic blends, (SIGH) Im in love. Im not an amature DJ, i have been in the game for about 4 or 5 years now. I lover the CDX's the updates come out on the Numark website, and are great and easy to instal on the cdx. I havnt used the HDX,s yet but they let you play WMA's which is one downfall of the cdx. you can only play Audio and MP3. HDX offers a hard drive as well. The Hybrids, sighhhhhh, if only i had the money. i may sell my CDX's to upgrade to HDX tho.
