I'm posting this here since this is where most of the hardware sampling stuff is most accurately answered.
But I just bought a Numark PT-01USB Turntable. Already having a TTUSB, this one was mainly going to be for those "trips to the store" portability purposes. After playing a few records on it and listening through both the built in speaker and headphones, the sound is pretty good, and I was considering (while waiting to go out later tonight or tomorrow to pick up a pair of RCA cables) handing over my TTUSB to a friend and just using this the PT-01 for both my sampling work (directly to the MPC) and shopping.
So... For those of you who have used the PT-01 for sampling, how does it sound?
