Growing up in Belfast’s booming backyard of musical excellence Traxxz has been educated and cultured by a long list of well established talent sculpting and shaping the electronic dance scene of Northern Ireland. Absorbing inspiration and intuition from the finest local high flying heavy hitters such as Mandy Reid (Reset, Armada), Gleave (Detox) and Robbie Nelson (Agnelli & Nelson). Traxxz has perfected a style and delivery technique reputable for attracting and cementing his status on the main stage of dance music.
His perseverance, dedication and will to succeed in the industry has been evident in his many projects and early works of production which has inspired Juiced Digital, a soon to be released a self managed label dedicated to fostering the talents of his native country and beyond (Early 2010). Once resident of Belfast’s prestigious and prolific nightclubs Precious & Milk djing under his alias Electro Freaks for over 2 years Traxxz has a mutual understanding of how to satisfy and surprise any dance floor full of crazed clubbers. Traxxz has also played for the mighty Concept & Juiced, Frantic night in Belfast, Omagh & Enniskillen.
Currently a resident at the Juiced club nights which is his own club night he setup in June 2008. Which has had various guest djs such as Bryan Kearney, Charlie G, Technikal, Dark By Design, Phil York Scott Attrill, Andy Whitby, BK, Lisa PinUp, Remo - Con, kidd kaos, Pickup & Rise and many more. In mid 2009 Traxxz has also setup Juiced Artist Management where he has a wide selection of DJ/Producers ranging from home-grown talent to international djs. This is gaining him allot of attention in club land. It also has a high interest in DJ/Producers to contact them to join the juiced team. 2009 also saw Traxxz make his debut at Kode nightclub Aberdeen, Scotland with Juiced Vs Digital Insomnia tour.
2009/2010 seems to be the year for Traxxz with a new bi monthly residency for Juiced Extra Hard Events , with his first release on Hardhittin Digital (Michael Smith & Traxxz - 'Be With Me') in April 2010 released on Track It Down, Toolbox Music Shop it saw plays from Paul Glazby, Pickup & Rise, Michael Smith to name but a few. Traxxz has also played at two events for the mighty Frantic, Concept, Lost, Club Heat, Sin, Dreams, Juiced and also The Warehouse Belfast. With his commitment and desire to showcase his talents will no doubt bring Traxxz to a DJ box near you.
