New plugins issues

I got a new laptop and installed the upgraded version pf my plugins.
Example I use to have Kick Start 1, that has been discontinued now I have Kick start 2.
Issue is when opening old project files that plugin cannot be found because I no longer have Kick start 1. Is there a way to fix this?
 
No you should of kept the old kickstart 1 plugin for when you wanted to open older projects.
