Best Produced Albums

Intellingent Hodlem " Intelligent Hodlem"

Check it !!

quality

i think that the full rotation Album is becoming extinct??...nowadays ya get a couple of good joints and then the rest is below par (Qtip solo joint as example)
i always find myself going back to the old sh.t or listening to other genres..currently beating down the Jill Scott joint at the mo, but thats neither here or there...what i'm trying to say is that cats are looking for that smash hit instead of putting out a top level joint.

what up flare?

true dat

I agree, unfortunately the money Phucked up the game.

I listen to Jill as well. Check out Musiq Soulchild.

A lot of RnB has more substance and musical depth

than alot of so-called hip hop joints. But fear not, I

think a musical revolution is upon us. It`s happening

in RnB, so it`s bound to effect hip hop on a grand scale.

Another Thought:

God forbid, but what if Puffy,Jay Z,Master P died?

Do you think it would open things up for the underground?

Comments? Thoughts??? Bring it on!!

S.O.S:cool:

yea yea!!!...liking soulchild/sunshine anderson/india irie/lucy peal etc...thats the flow thats banging at the mo..
but puffy and the rest must get props because they broke through and then brought their peeps with them as well...but you then run the risk of having a microsoft issue where they try and dominate the scene.
Also in these large organisations the up & coming emcee always sounds like his mentor and that mentor can sometimes fuk ya up..(turning murder mase into shiny suit mase).
ya need people like Jay-z and the rest. but i think the bigger ya group the less talent you produce

Bad Boy----what happened to craig mack/junior mafia??
Flip Mode-- it's only busta & rah digga
No Limit---no comment

it's the case of people trying to do much too and thinking that the masses will drink it up...ya only as good as ya last joint.

Yea everything is all about image now in dayz in Hip-Hop not about poetry or challenging other emcees to a battle without having to worry about wether or not they'll take the comments in the battle personal. The Undaground Kats will hopefully atleast get some attention in the near future cause alot of them are speakin their tru deep thoughts and views about what goes on around them since most of them are from da gutter.

praise the lord for the Rawkus family..in my opinion they are the only ones killing it;)

Whats the list without Dre's Chronic....mayn that revolutionized and changed hip hop

Best Produced

Any one that produces's has got my respect it's not easy to put together a tune that everyone's going to instantly like, especially nowadays' when their is so much money involved.

Yea back in the day the ceen was different Hip Hop was raw and jam's where going on you would only no where they where if you had your ear to the ground.

The way the ceen is now with all the new comers they all are demanding instant fame, and their are so many styles out their. Me being stuck on the old school style i can't help but not really agree with some of the current styles and MC's.

True Dat!!!

True, but aint Dre`s beats starting to sound alike?
Rawkus is bringing the cutting edge mcs for the next generation to come. All the beats are fresh and new.
New producers are getting a shot. Dre is fat and lazy now. He doesn`t even play half his material.

Agree

Yea man! can't argue with what Rawkus are banging bad *** beats out of their studio's, not forgetting positive lyrics as well.

" Dre Fat and lazy" you got me crying i can barely see the screen. Stop me from laughing so hard.

Hell that list is tight, Just about everyone that i would put on the list....but give me time i will add more.

Whats the list without Dre's Chronic....mayn that revolutionized and changed hip hop

Dre's Chronics did nothing more than make a fat lazy man fatter and lazier.
Anyone who believes there was anything remotely revlotuionary or even original about this album is in serious need of some quality hiphop ( Hi Tek for example ) to cleanse their eardrums of the corpulent crap deposited there by Dre.

Nuff said.

.... one more thing. Beastie Boys "In Sound From Way Out" not really hip hop but still a mind**** in the best possible way... Anyone agree?

oh yeah, I almost forgot.. i dont wanna get down on Jurassic 5 or anything but Quality Control is nothing but a straight loop of a song by a band called Freakpower ( they haven't even changed the beat ). Download Freakpower's "Big Time" from napster or somthing and you'll see what I mean...
But wait, thats not all, the really interesting thing is that Freakpower tracks were mostly written and produced by a man called Norman Cook. For those of you who dont know what this means.....

All this time you've been listening to a Fatboy Slim track and not even knowing it !!!:)

history

yea man...i knew that.....also he used to rock in a group called "beats international":)
