Nice vibe very melodic. I dont really like the snare though it has that white noise sound that i dont really like but its just my personal taste. Mix sounds pretty balanced and clean. Overall it sounds good but i get the feeling that the notes are to quantized and that takes away the organic feel that i see you're after with this instrumental.

The punchy, digital-sounding beat seems to be robbing the guitar and piano of their natural sound. I don't think they work together, in all honesty. I really like the guitar sound when it was clear, though; bright and characterful, albeit pretty simple. Piano had an ethereal vibe about it. Was waiting for the melody to ascend to a higher plain -- a zing would be welcomed, I love zing.
Relaxing feel, yeah. I'd significantly alter the beat and give the instruments room to breathe, but that's the only large issue. They're being squashed.
