Wondering if I could possibly get some advice please.
I have a track that I kindly let an online creative community use for a non profit gallery video showcasing work from members of the site. The owner of the website who I have befriended over the past few weeks emailed me to ask if they could use the track for a promotional video they were doing for a client. They said they would give a credit at the end of the video which they did but was very short, they have also given me a link on their website.
My question is, should I be asking for some sort of royalty payment from this as this is being used to make the company money?
Would love to hear your thoughts on the matter.
