need more equipment! help me please!

expanding the homestudio

hi

i produce house/dance music

this is my gearlist:

computer 2.533ghz with:
- creative audigy platinum ex
- 512 mb ram
- 19" monitor

software:
- cubase sl
- wavelab 4.0
- sound forge 6.0
- some plugins

steinberg midex 8
novation supernova 2 rack
yamaha rs7000
technics dj mixer (2+2 channel)
technics mk2 m3d (the new ones...but not better...)
roland pc300
mackie control

yamaha psr4500 amp
2x h&k pr115 (i love em)


now this is what i want to buy:
(my budget is at the moment 3000$...)

- a pair of monitor speakers
genelec A1030
event 20/20bas
somethin in that range...

- a good decent mixer
mackie 1402 vlz pro
mackie 1604 vlz pro (although i dont need the extra functions... a 1402 would do)

- a compressor/multi effect processor
focusrite compounder/compressor (definitly)
lexicon mpx 500 / TC E M2000

but probably im just gonna go first for the speakers and the mixer.... and wait until i have cash...

your choice is good
for the mixer, take on old mackie 1604 cr model
(vlz pre amps are not so great...)
i had the same choice to do, and o took the genelec, and a soundtracs solo logic 32 (genelec was new and soundtracs was a second hand, it's a mixer with automation!!!))
after a litlle chek up for the soundtracs,
this mixer is really great, and you can find some around 2000$
personnaly, i prefer analog mixers...*
it 's not easy to make the best choice...
