I currently have an mpd and it is fine a great tool. The chopping side of things in logic is okay and works, however I have recently been wanting to record straight into a machine to chop then to have a finished version in logic! So basically I want to record into a machine straight from a turntable and then save what I have done into logic as midi that will locate when reopened like when using the mpd with exs24. I have been looking at the mpc Renaissance would it do what I am asking??
