The MPC is my weapon of choice and i think its the greatest thing ever made. But now I just purchased at roland g8 to give my self more sounds. Plus i like pling my samples on keys. But my ? is I wanna use the MP as the master and just steal the roland sounds.Can one of the MP vets tell me how to I sync everything.Now again i wanna use the MP as the master and track the sounds from the g8 to the mp.

Can someone tell me how to hook the cords up and what settings to change inside both the MP and the g8
 
Never used a G8 but as far as the cabling,you go from MPC out>G8 in.And G8 in>MPC out.You can get a pair of midi cables cheap online or at a local gear store.When syncing them you want to use the MTC code of 30fps.......what model (MPC)do you use?It's different from model to model but if you have the 2KXL,Press shift+F9,From there you'll see the sync in and out options,set the MTC,frame rate,and since you're using the MPC as the master,set send MMC on.Hope that helps.
