MPC 200XL >>> 003 Rack>>> Macbook Pro

[No Association]

I have my Mpc 2000xl Midi Out B going into Midi In on my 003 Rack and I have my 400/800 cord hooked into my Macbook but I'm still having problems syncing everything to pro tools does anybody have any type of solution for this problem or possibly a better set up thanks

Akai's instructions on syncing MPC with Pro Tools: Synchronizing your MPC with Pro Tools. The instructions are for newer MPC models but it's pretty much the same for 2000XL.
And remember to add one empty bar at the beginning of your beat on the 2000XL as it takes a bit less than 1 bar for it to sync up.
