Mpc 2000xl

Hey guys i'm new here happy to say I just bought my Mpc 2000xl yesterday. I'm having trouble formatting my 512 mb San Disk Compact Flash Card, everytime I try to format, it says Disk Write Error!! So if anyone can lend me a hand i'd appreciate it. THANKS ahead of time

I never formatted a Compact Flash card on the MPC. Just format it on your PC and it should work fine.
