BOOM BAP OR DIE
Just got my MPC. After going through the quick start it says when the window button is lit, if you push it, a window should come up. Nothings coming up for me..any insight?

You can`t just press window anywhere.
Try the go to your main screen,hightlight track 1 and press window.
If a screen comes up the button is working fine.

Yea I already know that. The button does not work.

some mpcs after a while you really have to mash the buttons.
Go ahead and give the window button a good mashing and see if it works.

Yea it is a defective tactile switch, It needs to be replaced.
