This past month I've been experimenting with some Ableton Live looping. This burial-inspired beat is the first of many sessions to come.



I hope you enjoy. Has anyone had similar experiences drafting new beats this way?

That's really inspiring!
I like the strong contrast between sampled elements.
At first I thought I'd hate it without quantizing, but it sounds really together--great work!

I'm about to quit all the fuss with VST instruments and steep learning and go deeper into sampling.
It seems like the best way to work. You seem to already know that, I suppose. Nice sounds and good mix.
