Mixing & Mastering Tips needed!

Hello,

Im a music producer from Finland and I've been making beats for about 4 years now.
I think my melodies drums etc.. are okay, but I still think my beats arent loud enough and maybe I could get a cleaner mix.
I know that mixing/mastering is just something u need to practice everyday and train ur ear to get better and better, but any tips are appreacited!

My tip would be to reference a song that you like when mixing and mastering. Assuming you know how to use the basic tools to get your desired sound, having that reference makes it easy to identify the things you can improve that you might have overlooked.
