I recently bought a microKorg and am sequencing it with my MPC1000. It says the the microKorg is multi-timbral, but I can't seem to sequence 2 different programs and have them play at the same time.
I set the midi channel of one program to channel 1 (on both the MPC and the KORG) and the other program to channel 2. The midi channel seems to be global for everything on the Microkorg.
Is this correct, or is there a way to sequence to programs at the same time?
