Mac convert having problems with finding an audio editor.

I just signed up to this site hoping for some answers, as I haven't found much help searching the web.

Basically, I got real accustomed to using image-line's Edison recording program for organizing drag n drop mp3 sampling from my itunes library. Now mac currently doesn't support FL studios or Edison, so I am left with finding some alternatives, and what I keep finding is falling short in being user friendly or lacking features.

Edison with FL studios did 5 major things that made work flow very easy.

1. I could drag n drop from my Itunes library.
2. Had easy loop function and slicing/beat detect.
3. Could detected BPM
4. Automatically Converted samples to .wav - which then could be used with my NI Maschine in an organized folder
5. Time stretching, real-time rewind and FF.

If there is any software for Mac out there that can meet these standards, then I would be vary grateful to hear about it.

I know audacity supports drag n drop, but it doesn't directly from itunes library.
I also know I could do bootcamp and switch to a windows op for using FL studios, but I would like other options before that happens. I'm just new to anything Macintosh.
