1.Sounds

2.Sound Quality

the price doesn't matter. I'm looking for something with good leads, Unique synths and pads between these 3.

THANK YOU!

Have not used the Waldorf. I own the Venom and my work has an UltraNova rented out for a bit. The UltraNova has more tweaking on the synthesizer itself but I prefer the Venom sounds. UltraNova also has aftertouch I believe and a microphone/vocoder. The venom does not have a built in microphone but does have a line-in which you can use with your own microphone to make a vocoder, however the Venom lacks aftertouch. Where the Venom shines is the bundled software. Vyzex editor is a beast and allows you to go in depth to all of the sounds (singles and multis). There is even a patch collider which allows you to select two or more sounds and generate a whole new bank of sounds based on the parameters of the initial sounds you chose. I have made over one hundred great sounding patches just using this simple one click method.

I have a blofeld and I love it, I mainly have it because of its 16 part multi-timbre option so I can use that function instead of using like 16 instances of a softsynth , also, the sounds are very cool for being a VA , it can sound very analog in its own way, and can make beautiful pads , also, it has 60mb of sample memory that you can use. Basically , for sound design its amazing. Its just you really need to be into sound design though, because it doesnt have many knobs or a program editor like the venom or ultra for faster patch creation. but a 10 for sound and sound design
