Kasinova tha don and his 2pac relation?

I remember listening to some of his tracks years ago, really weird. Funny thing is that his voice sounds nothing like Pac's when he's talking, you can check his interviews. I know that people don't talk and rap with exactly the same voice, but there's too much difference in his voice imo. Don't think that he's a Pac cover up though. Things like this happen a lot in music nowadays, there is this kid who sounds exactly like Eminem, he got his delivery, adlibs, laugh, everything. I'll post the track if i find it, but nobody can't tell me that these dudes aren't trying to sound like Pac or Em on purpose, similarity in voice is one thing and it's totally different if you're copying another rapper's cadence, laughs and all that.
