I wonder what The Game will have to say about this since he was sure Jimmy wasn't involved.

During a "Queen For A Day" proffer session last year Jimmy Rosemond confessed to his involvement in the 1994 shooting at Quad Studios.


Although there has been much chatter about James "Jimmy Henchman" Rosemond’s involvement in the 1994 ambush at New York City’s Quad Studios that left rapper Tupac Shakur shot five times, up until now there has been no direct evidence linking him to the crime.


But an official transcript obtained by The Village Voice (via HHW), Rosemond’s drug trial includes statements made by a U.S. prosecutor who refers to Rosemond admitting to his involvement in the 1994 shooting.


“Now, in particular, there are some statements where the defendant [Rosemond] spoke about acts of violence…Mr. Shargel made comments about the origin of the Chuck Phillips article, which has to do with the shooting of Tupac Shakur in 1994; in particular, the defendant has made admission that he was involved in this particular shooting,” said prosecutor Soumya Dayananda in a sidebar testimony according to official transcripts.
Rosemond admitted to his part in the shooting during a “Queen For A Day” proffer session with the government last year. Rosemond’s confession allegedly came shortly after Dexter Isaac came forward as the ringleader of the attack.
Rosemond’s drug trial which began last month stems from his involvement in a drug ring involving millions of dollar’s worth of cocaine.

Jimmy has been apart of the destruction of hip hop for a while, all while profiting from it. A real devil/demon of our culture. I'm sure he is not the only one but the feude between Big and Pac could've been avoided. Oh well, such is life. Learn from the past or repeat it. ****'em...id rather never ever heard Makavelli or any post jail Pac classics to still have him creating. I know this particular incident wasn't the cause of his death, but it certainly changed his whole path.
 
Henchmen has been cooperating with the law for many moons, and he's not the only one...
 
So he committed a bunch of crimes, then snitched to the police. He is good in my book.

I never understood how they get dudes to talk. "Cooperate and you can get 85 years, don't cooperate and you get 500!"
 
When something like this happens to someone, people usually know who did it to them. Hell, Pac even rhymed about it in Against All Odds...

I never looked into the whole situation. Can someone tell me why Jimmi henchmen and 2pac were beefing?
 
Jimmy henchmen was in the studio...was leaving, ran into Pac shining at the elevator, he was hungry. No rocket science, but being that he was "Puff and Big's homeboy", Pac felt they set him up. It's not like Puff or Big went to police with info or even extended their help in tracking Jimmy down for street justice. I think they didn't think much of it, but then Pac went to jail for like 3 years and had time for all that shyt to bottle up and enrage him more.
 
Its been said that henchmen is also behind the 1996 shooting that killed pac. Some people say pac got himself involved in la gang politics sideing with the bloods cause thats who suge was down with.bottom line pac encountered a real killer that nite in that casino.his killer a hardcore crip named orlando anderson ,who was not new to doing driveby shootings hell he was already a murder suspect ! So when pac beat his ass he got revenge.pac got caught up in sum shit that was way above his head and he paid for it with his life. R.I.P Pac
