Is there any way i can use my drum samples in ableton like i do in reason? Plz help

I want be able to use a 808 kit i have in ableton the way i do in reason. To play them as midi notes so i can quickly lay a pattern down and have some at different notes. Plz help i dont want to have to rewire plus i have the lite version

Ableton has an 808 kit - have you explored the drum rack settings at all?

No i havent but i really want to use my own drum kit, theyre big booming trap 808s that are perfect for me and if i can use them in ableton my life would be much better

Have you sampled them? If you have, you can use them in the drum rack in Ableton. Not hard - just drag and drop, really.

Theyre already one shit wav files.. after that can i then maby change the notes/pitch of some of them in the sequencer? and thanks man

If they're all one shots, you can drop them into an empty drum rack, and each cell can be modified for pitch/length/etc.

Man now ableton wont let me drag the drum rack into the midi track anymore.. it did before. Any suggestions?

Don't see a reason for that -- reboot the computer and relaunch Ableton.
