So say you're a guitarist. You record your melody and then you upload it onto a site where it's posted as "Needs drums, bass, vocals, ect." From there, anyone is able to download your stem and add to it. So five different bass players dl your guitar stem and record their own baselines. 3 are wack, one is decent, but one of them is money. So you choose the best one. So now you have a song with guitar and bass, and now it's posted as needing drums, vocals, keyboard. Same thing, anyone can download the song that is now a guitar and baseline. A few drummers come along and you choose the best sounding one. This goes on until the song is fully completed. So now you have a complete song completed by 5 or so total strangers. Is there a site on the lines of this? The main thing I'm looking for is having a bunch of random people submitting their recording (bass, drums, vocals, ect.) and being able to select the best sounding one. In a sense, it somewhat would work like Rapgenius.com where anyone can add their interpretation of the lyrics of a song, but only the best response will stick around (Not sure if that comparison made any sense).
