Is it ok to use 2 sequencers?

If you use 2 sequencers the MPC and Motif will your different parts from each sequencer sound off or it doesn’t make a difference if your BPM on both machines is the same?<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>
 
How would I sync them together? Right now Im seqencing my drums threw the mpc and all my synths threw my motif. Will my timing be off by using both of them?
 
you need to sync them so they don't drift and so they start at the exact same moment - hook a midi cable from the out of one to the in of the other and set the sync on the slave to 'midi' or 'external' - check the manual
