I want to buy studio moniters and don't know what to get

Hello everyone,

I am new to buying monitors and I want to get ones that are good sound quality and bring out the high fq's. Iv herd that I want to get something that is below 40hz. But I have no experience with monitors. My price rang is about 400-100$ each.

Link me :)

I was looking at these two monitors.

Check out JBL Control 2P, I have them for a month, and I love them $199.00. I only record small projects, but they get the job done for me, something to check out.

I'd say Rokits. But the best thing to do is go have a an actual listen at em. Just go to your monitors-selling-store and try a couple of em, bring some cd's you like with some different styles of music and just check em out. Dont just order monitors on internet because some other dudes on the internet tell you they sound great, no offense to everybody above ofcourse, just sayin, it's best to have a listen yourself :)

I have the KRK Rokit 5s and love them. Nice flat response across the entire spectrum, but if you produce tracks heavy in sub bass, you probably want to get the rokit sub also. They've taken my mixes to a whole new level.
