how to play off tempo hi hats on ableton

how do i make my hi hats off tempo on ableton like
on the songs denzel curry - threatz travis scott - uptown travis scott - mamacita
 
Honestly it just sounds like the hi hats were shifted back a few milliseconds from perfect timing. Just line everything up then slightly move the entire hi hat track back a tiny bit, making sure to not overdo it
 
Those are triplets you have to change the grid in your daw. Instead of being in straight 16th you need to be in some kind of triplet grid
